Royal Traveller Travel will not be responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings and the contents therein (including any valuables) during stay at Hotels & during the journey.

Transport by site seen, zoo tickets, tempo charges, and back are not included in the tariff and are to be borne by tourist separately. Air conditioners in buses/Tempo Traveller will be operated during summer season only.
How To Book Your Tour
You can book your tour online by a credit card through our website theroyaltraveller.com Office located in Purnea Bihar. Details of our offices & Agents are mentioned in the back page. Payments can be made through Cash / Demand Draft in favor of -theroyaltraveller” Payable at Purnea. Passengers can deposit the amount in any of the branches across India of any of the banks mentioned below (Please confirm the seat availability before making payment.)

According to number of people in the tour, the vehicle can be changed from a bus to smaller vehicle like Tempo Traveller/ Toyota Innova Crysta / Swift DzireNo refund will be made in case of Mechanical trouble to the vehicle enroute or landslide or any other reason beyond the control of Panicker’s Travel.
Cancellation Charges of Tour
- 15% : 168 hours prior to the departure of the Tempo Traveller.
- 25% : 120 hours prior to the departure of the Tempo Traveller
- 45% : 72 hours prior to the departure of the Tempo Traveller.
- 75% : 24 hours prior to the departure of the Tempo Traveller.
- 100% : less than 24 hours prior to the departure of the Tempo Traveller.

Shopping: Passengers have liberty to make purchases from anywhere they like. We neither recommend any shop nor have any responsibility for the same.
The management reserves the right to make changes enroute or omit any place to visit if becomes necessary.
To hill station like Darjeeling and Gangtok center’s only smaller buses are allowed to ply . We are operating 17 seater mini coaches to these places.
Please purchase entrance ticket from the monuments directly, free entry only for children below 5 years. our fare does not include these charges.
Tourist should carry their luggage in our buses at own risk and responsibility. The Royal Traveller do not hold any responsibility for loss of luggage in the buses and throughout the tour.
Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to Monuments and other places where the Tourist Buses cannot go due to the Traffic regulation /conditions, are to be borne by the tourists.
In triple sharing, one extra mattress will be provided in a double bedded room. In case of child fare ticket, no extra mattress will be provided and child have to share parents bed. Room heater charges and other incidental are extra.
The package tour mentioned in this leaflet do not include hotel accommodation, food and other incidentals at Locations. All our buses/Tempo Traveller/SUV will start from our Head Office Purnea. Purnea to different destinations in respect of North India tours and after completion of the tour we will come back to Purnea.
As per the Government directive, Tourist are requested to provide their photo identity documents such as Driving Licence/Voter ID Card/Pass Port at the point of the check in the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
No food will be supplied At road or site seen places You have to take food in the hotel at your own cost at these places.
